Junior Sales Account Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a relationship led sales role within a fast growing cyber security business. Working closely with our Key Account Managers and Directors, you will play a key part in driving growth, strengthening long term customer relationships and maximising value for both our clients and Cyberfort.
You will take ownership of a portfolio of small and medium sized enterprise accounts, bringing fresh energy to existing and inactive customers. This is a role where curiosity, confidence and connection really matter. You will be reconnecting with customers, rebuilding trust and uncovering new opportunities across Cyberfort’s full range of cyber security solutions.
This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their sales career who is ready for the next step. You may have experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role and are now looking for a stepping stone into a future Account Manager position. With a couple of years’ experience in sales and a foundation of IT or cyber security knowledge, you will be supported to develop, grow and build a rewarding career with us.

What You’ll be Doing
Lead and manage a portfolio of existing small and medium-sized Enterprise (SME) accounts.
Identify and develop opportunities for cross sell and upsell across cyber solutions
Propose, negotiate and confidently close new business
Reconnect with customers and accounts, rebuilding trust and establishing long term relationships
Support Key Account Managers and Directors across multiple customer transactions
Act as a trusted partner to customers, understanding their needs and aligning the right solutions
What We’re Looking For
Around 2+ years of experience in a sales or sales development manager role
Knowledge or experience within IT or cyber security
Strong solution based selling skills with a consultative approach
Excellent relationship building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
Confidence in negotiation and closing, with the ability to influence and add value

Working Arrangements and Salary, and Perks
£35,000-£40,000 per annum plus commission
Remote working, with occasional travel for team meetings.
Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30
