Desk Based Account Manager Role
Location: Remote
Reports to: Head of Corporate Accounts
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
The Role in a Nutshell:
You will engage with existing accounts, dormant accounts and unmanaged accounts to rejuvenate communications and uncover new opportunities. You will play a key part in uncovering opportunities across all of Cyberfort Cyber solutions.
The Impact You’ll Make
In this role, you’ll be:
· Reconnecting with dormant or unmanaged accounts, building trust and long term relationships
· Identify opportunities for cross sell and upsell
· Propose and negotiate deals, and close business confidently
· Work with Key Account Directors to support in multiple transactions
What You’ll Bring to the Team and the Tools you’ll need:
You’ll bring:
· Proven account management experience (Preferably in IT and /or cyber account management)
· Ideally 2+ years experience in sales
· Strong Sales and Solution based sales skills
· Excellent relationship building ability, with both customers and internal stakeholders
· Skilled negotiator and closer, with strong consultative skills to understand customer needs
