THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales and Account Management function, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You’ll be joining a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning with expert peers in Sales, Bids and Lead Conversion. We work across a number of sectors with a diverse client base. Reporting to the Sales Director this position would suit an individual who is passionate about sales and motivated and enthused by working closely with seasoned Sales professionals, playing a pivotal role in identifying and engaging prospective new clients, introducing them to Cyberforts extensive and comprehensive Cyber Security solutions. The successful person will work closely with our sales professionals, subject matter experts and advanced AI/LLM automations, combining to provide the tools you will need for success.
The Cyberfort Group brings together leaders in the field of data security. Our matrix of information and cyber services provides our clients holistic support through their cyber journey. The SDR, is able to understand and communicate complex and fascinating proposals for prospective clients adopting a cohesive link between Cyberforts offered services ensuring the effective and profitable lead generation.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and introducing them to our cybersecurity solutions.
- Work with existing clients to support cross-sell and up-sell activities.
- Form a key point of contact for marketing campaigns and activites, qualifying and nurturing opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team developing and executing targeted strategies for different market segments, sectors and challenges.
- Schedule and support meetings and presentations with potential clients and partners
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, threats and news to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to customers and partners.
What you’ll need:
- An interest in both Cyber Security and Technology fields
- Excellent communication and personal skills to build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to approach challenges with enthusiasm and diligence, whether working as part of a team or individually.
- Some previous experience in sales, marketing or similar would be an advantage, but is not essential – your passion, attitude, approach and enthusiasm are your best asset in this role.
